condition"
vintage

vintage-inspired
used
clothing,
accessories,
small
furnishings,
&
gifts.
Your
products
will
be
placed
in
our
store
front
for
60-90
days.
Used collections 50% Seller/50% Consignor split.

Consignment Agreement
This
is a
legally
binding
contract.
This
agreement
is
made
on
(date)
between
A
PinUps
Closet,
herein
referred
to
as
"Seller", and
(individual),
herein
referred
to
as
"Consignor".
I,
Consignor,
do
hearby
attest
that
I
agree
to
all
of
the
following
conditions
of
consigning
with
A
PinUps
Closet.
Where
as
Consignor
with
the
(address/phone/email)
wishes
to
sell
by
consigning
said
items(s)
to A
PinUps
Closet
for
sale,
it
is
understood:
(Account/Item#/Description/Date
of
Placement/Asking
Price)
Consigned
items
are
to
be
clean,
free
of
stains
and
pet
hair,
come
from
a
smoke
free
environment
and
must
not
be
in
need
of
any
repairs
(Ex:
tears,
zippers,
holes).
The
sale
price
of
the
consigned
items
will
be
split
between
A
PinUps
Closet
and
consignor
as
follows:
-
Consignors
will
receive
(agreed
to
%)
of
the
sale
price
(not
including
sales
tax);
A
PinUps
Closet
will
keep
(agreed
to
%)
of
the
sale
price.
Pricing
of
all
items
will
be
set
by A
PinUps
Closet
and
will
be
set
at
+/-
30%
of
consignor's
"asking
price"
and
will
be
consigned
for
a 90
day
period.
That
should
a
sale
be
effectuated,
Seller
shall
forward
a
check
for
the
amount
of
the
full
purchase
price
less
the
aforementioned
(agreed
%)
and
sales
taxes
to
the
Consignor
within
10
days
of
the
receipt
of
same.
That
should
the
merchandise
remain
unsold
at
the
end
of
the
consignment
period,
the
consignor
has
10
days
to
pick
up
their
merchandise.
Items
after
this
period
will
become
property
of A
PinUps
Closet
or
will
be
donated
to
charity.
Seller
pledges
to
do
its
best
to
safeguard
the
Consignor's
items;
however,
Seller
is
not
responsible
for
damage,
theft,
or
loss.
Consignor
warrants
they
have
complete
ownership
of
the
items
offered
for
consignment
and
will
not
hold
A
PinUps
Closet
responsible
for
any
claims
of
entitlement
to
them.
I
have
read
the
above
terms,
understand
and
agree
with
